Organic/Bio The winery calls it "The Wind in the Willows" but we think "delicious and sophisticated match for Tuesday night take-out" is a better name still. All Chenin Blanc done in tank, it's bursting with ripe green melon and stone fruit at the core with loads of smoky, waxy, minerally, complexity that grow stronger with air. Complex and deep enough for all kinds of food and generous enough to just sip with joy.
