Lower ABV Located in-between the Rhone Valley, Jura and Savoie, Dom Demeure-Pinet is in the obscure IGP of Vin des Allobroges. Which is why this excellent Jacquere (the white grape of Savoie) is so very inexpensive! Loads of texture and vibrancy to the green apple, Asian pear and lemon peel flavors that flow across your palate and then finish with a satisfying pinch of acids at the close. Light (11.5%) but with excellent mouthfeel and flavor intensity, this is lovely with all kinds of seafood, alpine cheeses or just quenching your thirst. First-rate bargain, too.
