Just a really good, gutsy, Cotes du Rhone to enjoy with everything from burgers to pasta to rich soups or just all by itself. Blending 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah and with nearly three weeks of fermentation, there's plenty of rich color and texture here. But also a very drinkable freshness to the black raspberry, plum and black cherry fruit and a nice dose of dark chocolate and savory garriuge that emerges on the flowing, smooth, finish. Excellent value.
