A terrific take on Pinot Gris from this high-quality, high-value, estate in Elkton, the far south of the Willamette Valley. Done all in steel and picked juicy ripe at 13.3% alcohol, it serves up crisp pear and juicy apple fruit with a nice dose of baking spice and bare hint of just squeezed lemon. Finishes crisp and dry and mouthwatering, making it refreshing and easy but not at all light. Excellent sipper and match for spicy foods.
