This tastes like a really good Cotes du Rhone went on vacation in Valencia, Spain, chilled out and soaked up a lot of sun! It's a blend of Garnacha, Monastrel and Syrah aged 4 months in barrel. Loaded with ripe red fruit and feeling fleshy, but not heavy, this pumps out the flavor with captivating accents of fresh flowers and pencil shavings. A remarkably refreshing cookout red - which you'd expect from a rested Cotes du Rhone on vacation in Spain!
"Hyacinth, violets and lavender are among the many floral notes of this redolent wine. The palate has a real sense of purity to it, with the tangy acidity highlighting the bright, dark-fruit tones. Medium-long on the finish. A blend of syrah, garnacha and monastrell."
