Organic/Bio Lower ABV This fairly young (founded 2020) winery is crafting beautiful Albarino from certified organic grapes and ultra-low sulfur winemaking. This beauty is from 50 year-old vines near the Atlantic with 14 months of lees contact, delivering the perfect blend of floral perfume, juicy stone and citrus fruit, and a rounded, textured, mouthfeel. Perfect for shellfish and delightful for solo sipping, too!

For You If:   You love the flavors and freshness of Albarino with an extra touch of texture that makes the wine feel almost smooth/creamy.

Not For You If:   You’re after Albarino that bites/stings with its salty energy – this has a nice sense of vibrancy and minerality, but is more on the smooth/round side in feel.
