Organic/Bio A delicious taste of history and place from 40-80 year-old organically farmed vines tended by four generations of the same family. The vineyards at the foot of the Cerro de Guisando and Gredos mountains are a bit warmer than other Gredos regions, giving a darker tone to the wild-berry fruit. Savory accents of cured tobacco, clove, and brown spices add interest to a wine that finishes with excellent intensity and grip.
