Organic/Bio "Basarin" in dialect means "sun-kissed," and this famed vineyard on the border between the zone of Neive and Treiso seldom struggles to achieve full ripeness. But there's a bit of altitude here as well, adding a layer of freshness and finesse. The 2020 is already tempting in a full of fruit way, but give it at least a few years in cellar and the more savory side of Nebbiolo will begin to shine through.
