Organic/Bio Eric Bouletin is an “under the radar” winegrower of the Southern Rhone, crafting wines that are full of big, fleshy, fruit while remaining poised and fresh enough to be highly drinkable. This is his “main” wine, a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre all done in concrete. It’s a big, lush, Rhone red with bold black fruit and accents of dark chocolate and garrigue that finishes fresh with fine, firm, tannins. Really impressive.
