Checks all the boxes of Primitivo delight while avoiding Primitivo pitfalls like excessive alcohol and over-the-top dried fruit flavors. Fresh and juicy (and just 13.5% alcohol), the wine is redolent of crushed blackberry and ripe dark plum fruit with just a tiny notion of dark chocolate for extra interest and depth. Finishes with super-fine tannins that keep the ripe fruit flavors flowing. A fun party and pizza wine!
