100% organic Sangiovese from the ancient red soils (dating from the Triassic period) on the plateau overlooking the winery and San Gimignano below. Elisabetta Fagiuoli makes around 700 magnums per year of this stunning wine and uses all proceeds to support her foundation for developmentally disabled children. It's a big, wild, wine with layer upon layer of sweet fruit and savory leather and spice. Majestic and likely to keep developing for years to come.
