Organic/Bio The Matsu wines tell you about how long they age with their labels, the young man on this bottle letting you know that the wine spent only a few months in in tank before being bottled fresh and full of youthful energy. It's 100% Tinto de Toro, the unique Tempranillo clone that thrives on the scorching, dry, plains of Toro. Lots of sandalwood, cherry and cracked pepper aromas and flavors with just enough tannin to stand up to a good burger (whether beef or lamb). Excellent value.
