Lower ABV In a rosé vintage as fine as 2021, it really didn't take much to make a delicious pink. Here around equal parts of Cinsault and Grenache from stony vineyards scattered across Languedoc goes into the press for a slow, cool, crunch that brings out the juice and just a touch of pretty pale rose color. The wine shows generous notes of fresh sliced watermelon and tart cherry with a just-right accent of wild herb and freshening squirt of juicy lemon/lime at the end. Dry, fresh, tasty, good value.
