Lower ABV Riesling doesn’t do well everywhere in the Willamette Valley, but this bottle says clearly, “Ribbon Ridge has some promise!”  On the marine sedimentary soils above the Dundee Hills, Elevee has captured the fresh citrus acids, ripe stone fruit, and crunchy slate mineral flavors Riesling lovers…well, love! With a couple of years in bottle, it’s developing even more complexity mid-palate and finishes dry and mouth-tingling. Yum.
