Lower ABV Felix Debavelaere gently farms plots of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir mainly near his home in Rully, at the northern end of the Cote Chalonnaise just a few miles south of Chassagne Montrachet. This is from their small holding in Les Cailloux vineyard, about 5 acres of 50+ year-old Pinot Noir growing on thin, stony, soils. Fermented and aged in oak (10% new), it's a perfect blend of ripe Pinot fruit, rocky minerality and sweet spice. Easy to enjoy tonight and improving for 5+ years with ease.
