Lower ABV Touraine Sauvignon Blanc can be a bit green and weedy, but not here and certainly not in the extra-ripe 2022 harvest! This is loaded with fruit – sweet lime, guava, late-summer peach – with just enough bite from some candied lime peel notes and a hint of chalk on the mouthwatering, all the way dry, finish. The mouthfeel is great, sleek and concentrated in a way that gives the wine a sense of flow and lip-smacking satisfaction.
