Per Food & Wine, there are at least "3 Good Reasons Why Cocchi Rosa Should Always Be in Your Fridge." It's made from Piemonte red wines infused with gentian, citrus peel, and rose petal. It's a terrific change of pace from Aperol in a Spritz, but it's light and fresh enough to just drink on the rocks and a squeeze of lemon. Great with Gin (add a dash of bitters), add to bourbon with lemon and sugar, or add to any citrus juice with some simple syrup and a splash of soda.
