Lower ABV As fine a Sancerre-styled French Sauvignon as we've tasted in years in the sub-$25 price category. Its from the Coteaux du Giennois, a patch of chalky limestone just north of Pouilly Fume and Sancerre. And all that limestone is evident in this wine, a brilliant mouthful of zesty lime, green peach, fresh cut grass and salty, stony, chalky, gun-flinty, bite.
