Lower ABV Climate change gives Germany the chance to make really good red wine now, and – in this case, at least – some crushingly good rosé. From Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Merlot, it’s explosively scented with red and black cherry, watermelon and a touch of fresh herb aromas. Juicy with a touch of spritz on the palate where the cherry/berry fruit picks up a twist of orange peel before finishing super crisp, dry and delightful. Really, don’t miss this one.
