Pretty much summer and seaside in a bottle here in a vibrant, juicy, take on Sardinia's leading white grape from the Island's very top estate. Yellow stone fruit, cistrus and salty minerality really pop. While this glides down your gullet all too easily sipped solo, do match it up with a brothy clam pasta or bowl of herbed fresh veggies. Super satisfying, a great reminder of summer sunshine, and very fine value.
