AR Lenoble takes extra time with their pink fizz, so this is based on vintage 2015 with juice from a continuous reserve aged 5 years in magnum before blending and spending another 5 years on the lees. It's 94% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Chouilly and 6% red Pinot Noir from Bisseuil. It's even better than the 93 point Mag 14, delivering fresh and tart red berry and currant fruit with a touch of toast and citrus and a long, very fine, finish. Outstanding value, too.
