A rich and complex blend of 80% Roussanne and 20% Marsanne aged in oak, this shows oodles of rich, almost creamy, texture without any sense of heaviness and a spicy, dry, finish. For richer seafood dishes or feasts full of savory flavors (Thanksgiving dinner comes to mind!).

"At once rich and youthful, this white Crozes-Hermitage shows wonderful integration of candied-citrus fruit with complex, toasty and flinty character. However, this really needs some bottle age to unfurl all its mineral depths. Long, complex wet-stone finish with a touch of salinity. A blend of 80% roussanne and 20% marsanne. Drink or hold."
