Organic/Bio We tread with care when it comes to Touraine Sauvignon, which can easily be sharp and/or weedy. This is neither! From vineyards on the banks of the Cher River, this delivers appealingly plump notes of white grapefruit, apricot and passionfruit supported by a flinty, almost salty, minerality that drives the flavors through a bright, bracing, finish. The crisp green apple and citrus flavors linger nicely, making this both refreshing and fun. Good wine, fine value.
