Patrick Giboulot has only been making wine from his family's Cote de Beaune vines since 2014, but the talent is definitely there. The richness of 2020 is balanced beautifully by flinty, earthy, undertones and layers of black tea and sweet spice that frame the dark, black cherry, fruit. Fine, firm, tannins give a crisp and refreshing feel to the generous finish where the fruit shines brightly. Decant now and enjoy through 2030+.
