From a lieu dit village site just under 1er Cru Clavillon, this is first rate Puligny that will age but doesn't require patience to enjoy. It's a generous style, with ample orchard and stone fruit aromas and flavors with subtle nuttiness and a hint of refreshing chervil and mint on the dusty, chalky, finish. Don't let the generosity fool you - there's still plenty of classic Puligny freshness and minerality on the palate and the vibrant, pure, finish.
