Organic/Bio Lower ABV One of the most compelling whites we’ve tasted this year, this is 100% Forastera from the steep slopes of the volcanic island if Ischia, just north of Capri. Normally blended with other Campania whites, here it’s farmed to low enough yields to shine on its own. Green peach, zested lime, Granny Smith apple and juicy apricot fruit plus notes of soft green herb and fresh almond are compelling. The sleek, steely, texture and zesty finish even more so. Brilliant stuff.
