Organic/Bio Lower ABV A juicy, joyful, delicious all-purpose white from the Gredos mountains outside of Madrid. It's from a field blend of grapes with Albillo in the lead and dollops of Malvar, Macabeo and Moscatel adding complexity. Aged in older barrels for a creamy texture, there’s lovely richness to the ripe stone fruit and bright citrus flavors that drive the flavors through a long, mouthwatering, finish with just a touch of salty minerality. Enjoy solo and with all kinds of seafood, salads and lighter fare.
