Organic/Bio Nikolaihof is an independent, diversified, farm in Austria's Wachau wine region, with a long history of growing fruit, herbs, flower, maintaining beehives and even pressing seeds for grapeseed oil.  This is from their own elderfowers, blended with water, organic sugar, organic lemon juice and just a pinch of citric acid to keep things fresh. No alcohol and hugely intense aromas and flavors.
