Annual Sweet Wine Tasting with 40 Year Port, 97 Point Sauternes, More!

Join us Sunday, December 17, during one of three tasting windows and you’ll have the chance to sample great examples of some of the world’s most exciting sweet and fortified wines. Wines 20, 30 and 40 years old, old-school Sauternes from 2007 and 2010, creamy Cassis, ice wine and more will be open to sample and on sale Sunday.  Just reserve one of our three no-fee time slots for you and your friends and join us for a sweet Sunday indeed.

In the past we’ve featured the world’s most famous and expensive Sauternes at these events. But this year we noticed that the 2017 Ch d’Yquem’s 97 point rave from Neil Martin at Vinous was exactly matched by his 97 point glowing review of the 2017 Ch Suduiraut.  And since Suduiraut has precisely one less digit in it’s price, we thought affordable luxury was the way to go!

You can see and shop the full wine list online right now.  To try the wines, just make a no-cost reservation for one of our three on-hour timeslots and then join us during that window. We’ll have three tables pouring upstairs, making it easier than ever to get to the wines and hear a bit about what makes each so remarkable.  Then, once you’ve decided on your favorites, all 12 wines will be on sale at great six-pack mix/match savings to take home Sunday (or, if we sell out of anything, to pick-up the following Tuesday).
