We didn’t set out to make Saturday “tour of lower alcohol wine” day but that’s how the line-up mostly shakes out! Come by from noon-4pm this Memorial Day Saturday to taste on big Cabernet and four other vivacious thirst quenchers like: Dom du Dragon Rosé Cotes du Provence Grand Cuvee 2024 – Classic Provençal rosé showcasing intensely ripe strawberry and watermelon fruit balanced by a hint of wild herb and juicy, firm, acids. Dom de la Chauviniere Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine Sur Lie 2022 –Crisp, mineral, generous in flavor and texture and salty/dry on the lovely lime-laced finish, one taste and you’ll join the Muscadet fan-club for sure! Fableist Chardonnay The Bee And Jupiter Fable 163 2023 – Very good Chardonnay indeed, loaded with rich passionfruit and pineapple fruit, a dash of Meyer lemon and savory notes of sea shell and pie crust. And very richly textured and present at just 12.2% alcohol and only 33% new oak. Samuel Louis Smith Pinot Noir Monterey County Montanita de Oro 2022 – The 96 poin JebDunnuck.com review, captures this 12.7% Pinot well: “Displays a rocky, creamy, velvety texture and tremendous red fruit, while retaining aromatics of rose and dried herb…impressive texture and a highly enjoyable, complex experience of elegance and light-bodied intensity.” Mount Peak Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Sentinel 2021 – The impressive trio of 93 point critical raves would seem to justify the $75 release price; tastes even better from a much as 60% off and as little as $29.98! All the wines mix/match for best six/12 bottle savings and you’ll even get to nibble on a piece of summer cheese as well: Cypress Grove Meyer Lemon & Honey Fresh Disk. Join us! |
