In the Dog Days of Summer, 2018, what could be more refreshing than tasting 7 bold, powerful, Brunello di Montalcino from the great 2013 vintage?  Well, perhaps we’ll start with a crisp white and turn down the AC to set the mood, but a tour of the fascinating 2013 Brunello vintage will be a great way to toast summer’s end and get ready for autumn to come.

We’ll showcase a range of 2013 Brunellos, from elegant and traditional wines like Livio Sassetti’s Pertimali to big, bold, bruisers from Casanova di Neri.  But our real focus will be on some smaller Brunello estates you may have never heard of but that offer 100% Brunello delight at somewhat less than 100% of Brunello’s soaring prices!  Come see what’s new in  Montalcino and find a new favorite or two as well!
