Serious - and seriously delicious - Etna Rosato from 100% Nero Mascalese and vines 25-40 years old on the north slopes of the volcano. As Vinous says in the 93 point rave, "The 2025 Etna Rosato is so impressive, mixing crushed peaches with chamomile, citrusy spices and spearmint. Luxuriously round and supple, it has brisk acidity to balance as decadently ripe orchard fruits are neatly offset by a crunch of minerality toward the close. It finishes long with a saline inflection. The 2025 is deeply complex and well balanced for the cellar."
