Lower ABV Going back in time a little bit here with a late release of the 2020 edition of this fun and easy New Zealand Pinot Noir. The time in bottle has let the texture soften and plum/raspberry fruit come forward nicely. Hints of dried violets, sweet spice and a bit of rich earth add complexity and depth as do lightly chunky tannins. Light - just 12.7% alcohol - but substantial and fun to drink.

For You If:  You enjoy Pinot that's fresh but not tart, clean but full of earthy, spicy, complexity; you enjoy reds that have had a bit of time in bottle to unwinde and move beyond "fruity".
