Long story here, but although this says "2021" on the label, it's a new non-vintage wine created by Edgar and Louise Coulon from equal parts 2021 and 2020 wine. It's 60/40 Meunier/Chardonnay done in oak and given 3 years on the lees. As Suckling.com says in the 91 point review, "Toasted bread and rich almonds on a citrusy nose with real depth. The palate is sharp, minerally, bone dry and uncompromising, its tension carrying everything through a long, precise, saline finish. A serious brut nature with impressive focus." A brilliant debut, but only 1,000 bottles made.
