This Napa/Sonoma specialist has extended their reach into Mendocino to craft a rich and fleshy, good-value, Cabernet that just happens to be organic, too! It's 100% Cabernet Sauvignon picked ripe and aged in used American oak. The hints of vanilla, herb and spice from the wood meld nicely with very dark, plush, redcurrant and blackberry fruit wrapped in a dollop of melted dark chocolate. The fruit, spice, vanilla and chocolate flavors keep on pumping over fine, firm, tannins through a generous finish.
