Organic/Bio A classic CdP based on 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah raised mainly in concrete with a little bit of old barrel for shape. As Wine Advocate says in the 93 point review, "a serious and superbly executed wine, unfurling in the glass with aromas of dark wild berries, spices, Provence herbs and a floral top note. Medium- to full-bodied, deep and layered, it’s supple and concentrated, with a fleshy core of fruit framed by velvety tannins and concluding with a long, spicy and refined finish. It's a structured yet graceful wine that speaks eloquently of its origins."
