As always, an utterly delicious blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc that delivers a compelling blend of richness and vivacity, fruit and minerality, and purity plus power. Mountain vineyards in the Dolomites deliver grapes of true character. Slow fermentation in cool stainless steel locks in freshness and fruit while aging 7 months on the lees in tank and large, old, traditional, casks adds body and a silky texture.
