Lower ABV A savory, soft and easy take on Burgundy Pinot Noir that will shine with anything from roast chicken to a simple steak. It's from vines in and around Meursault and aged 12 months in 30% new barrique and another 12 in large cask. More than enough black cherry fruit for friendliness, but more savory/earthy than fruity with a noticeable chalk and stone streak and some bloody iron minerality at the end. Very nicely done.
For You If: You're after Pinot Noir weight and basic flavor profile with a good dose of earthy minerality and an easy, supple, finish.
