Our good friends at Liberty Restaurant Group are hosting an AMAZING Barolo dinner - you should go! When Chiara Boschis took over her family's winery in 1990, there were so few female winemakers in the region she was quickly dubbed "The Barolo Girl."  On Tuesday, June 16, she'll be presenting some of her new releases including the Vinous 93 point 2022 Barolo Mosconi and 96 point 2021 Barolo Via Nuova.  All with a satisfyingly crafted wine pairing dinner from chef Ulysses Cabahug.
